Because of constant differentiating it produce a dominance only for a single particular gender. It creates a gap between genders, in getting opportunities, getting rights. And with time, this dominance carry forward from generation to generation, and rest of the consider to be submissive group of genders hustle more to get opportunities, and rights.

                    In gender inequality, "patriarchy " becomes an important factor. While living in a patriarchy society, we cannot unseen the reality of men ruling the world's important sectors such as education, politics, economy and freedom. And genders other than men, are still have to fight for their basic rights and safety. Due to such discriminations, dominant becomes dominant and submissive becomes submissive. And superiority of one gender can create crisis for representing and contribution of rest of the genders.

CONCLUSION

                     The most important thing we have to understand about gender inequality is, this is not a gender v/s gender fight, it's a mentality v/s mentality! There are lots of men who believe in equality and there are lots of men who don't support equality, don't want to get out of this inequality, and not letting any other women to get out of it! So, it's a variable from person to person. So we should stop making collective statements such as "All men are..." or "All women are..."! Such statements hurt the sentiments of other innocent people while also lead them to stop believe in equality! So crises of any gender gonna make impact on other genders, each and every single person all over the world! We cannot categorize it and step back by saying it's not affecting me! Because gender inequality is not a " men issue " or "women issue", it's a " human issue"!
